I've spent over 20 years building enterprise technology, the last 15 focused on Salesforce. I run HenryJames, my independent Salesforce and AI advisory practice, and I've operated it alongside corporate roles since 2012.

Most recently I led Salesforce platform strategy as Director, Technical Product Management at one of the nation's leading fintech companies. I directed the transition of the platform from full consulting dependency to an internal delivery team, modernized the DevOps pipeline, and built the AI governance framework that shaped the org's workforce and platform investment decisions.

Now, through HenryJames, I'm applying that same discipline directly for clients. I'm not just watching the AI shift, I'm building in it. I've developed real fluency with Claude, Agentforce, and MCP integrations, and I'm putting that to work on actual delivery problems, not proof of concepts. Governance, integration architecture, workforce modeling, the things that keep enterprise systems running and scaling.

I hold Salesforce certifications in Admin, App Builder, Data Cloud Consultant, and Strategy Designer, a Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals credential, and SAFe certifications across Release Train Engineer, Advanced Scrum Master, Agilist, and Product Owner/Product Manager.
